Ok, we are a little bit late to put that show online and we are really sorry about it because this one is really HOT! We had the chance to received in our studio our friend DJ Comrade from XAO Production (New York) and he have performed an incredible live MPC performance with some exclusive tracks and remix (i.e. The Very Best, Uproot Andy…) that will be release soon! BOOMBOXX SOUND #1 / BOOMBOXX party & Zuzuka Poderosa,

BOOMBOXX returns this week-end! After the awesome party we got with dj /Rupture and Master G from Heatwave last month, I’m super excited to have two guest from New York City representing the Baile Funk scene: Zuzuka Poderosa with her sexy and infectius live set alongside dj Comrade with his great mix of Funk carioca, electro and hip-hop! In Montreal, JP Emond aka dj Masala will be back with 1h30 of african sound! And last but not least, this will also be the first time (and not the last) that BOOMBOXX is happening in Québec City as well as in Montreal. That being said, if you’re in town you got to come to this party and in order to convince you, I just cooked a little mix that would give you an idea of what to expect:

Après l’excellente soirée que nous avons eu le mois dernier avec dj /Rupture et Master G de Heatwave, je suis super content de recevoir deux invités de New York qui représente la scène Baile Funk: Zuzuka Poderosa avec son live sexy et fun, ainsi que dj Comrade avec ses mixes qui mélangen habilement funk carioca, electro et hip-hop. A Montréal, JP Emond alias dj Masala ouvrira la soirée avec 1h30 de sons africains! Et enfin, pour la première fois (et pas la dernière), BOOMBOXX aura lieu à Québec le vendredi en plus de Montréal le samedi. Alors si vous êtes en ville, vous devez venir et pour vous donner une idée, je viens de vous concocter un mix.
