Batida essentielle

Alors que le groupe de Lisbonne Batida vient de resortir son excellentissime album Dance Mangwolé sur le label Soundway Records il y a deux semaines (courez l’acheter), je voulais partager avec vous le nouvel album de Bruno M, l’une des plus importante figure du Kuduro, qui s’appelle Batida Únika Vol.2. Pour les gens non versés dans la lusophonie, rappellons que Batida peut être hativement traduit comme voulant dire rythme ou battement. L’album vient de sortir et Bruno M a fait les choses en grand en rassemblant ses fans sur la place de l’indépendance. Angolan House Take Over

Like for other people around me. Afro House is all I want to listen to these days, so I did some electronic digging and came back with this 40 min mix of really fresh Angolan House. The scene there is exploding and is reaching the level of the South African one in terms of creativity and talent ; even though we all know that the language barrier will block them in achieving the same level of well deserved visibility. Hope you’ll like it!

Comme d’autres autour de moi, tout ce que je veux écouter ces jours-ci c’est de la bonne AfroHouse, alors j’ai fait un peu de e-digging et j’ai enregistré ce mix de House Angolaise avec plein de morceaux très frais. La scène House angolaise explose depuis quelques années au point ou elle atteint le niveau de l’Afrique du Sud question qualité et talent; même si nous savons tous qu’elle n’aura jamais la même visibilité du simple fait de la barrière de la langue.
