Le chanteur Dancehall Kreyol de Martinique Mighty Ki La était de passage dans nos studios samedi dernier et il nous a offert une freestyle sur une exclusivité de Congorock et sur le Jafrican Riddim. Il faut apprécier la capacité des MCs de dancehall d’improviser et d’adapter leur répertoire sur un rythme qu’il n’ont jamais entendu auparavant. Ce n’est pas tous les guitaristes qui peuvent se targuer de faire la même chose. En cadeau, un favori de Masala, une des rare très bonne track de Soca francophone:

The Kreyol Dancehall MC from Martinique Mighty Ki La came through our studio last saturday and he gave us a freestyle on an exclusive track by Congorock and on the Jafrican Riddim. One must appreciate the capacity of dancehall MCs to improvise and adapt their songs over a beat they never heard before. Not all the guitar players can say they do the same. Another special gift is a Masala favorite, one of the few rare really good francophone soca tracks.
